42 year old woman with a previous breast reduction 20 years prior. Her goals were to be a C cup, but was a 34DD upon presentation. A revision breast reduction was performed removing about 2lbs of breast tissue. The final results were a 34C cup and the patient finally had what she was looking for 20 years earlier.
