46 year old patient with a history of breast augmentation in the 1990s. She was uncomfortable with her large breasts and wanted to remove the implants and reduce her size. She wore a 38DD bra and wanted to be closer to a small C. Removal of the 400cc saline implants (known as an “explant”) and breast reductions (~150-200grams per side) were performed. She is much happier at her current size, stating, “I should have done this years ago!”
