26 year old female with oversized 375cc implants and large breasts. The breast tissue appears to fall off the implants. Goals of surgery were to decrease the implant size and lift the breasts to create a more proportionate bust. Implants placed are 175cc MP+ saline implants filled 200cc and a small reduction/breast lift.
