77 year old woman with a history of multiple breast augmentations and breast lifts. When she was first seen in my office, she had a significant capsular contracture of the left breast causing pain and deformity of the breast. A revision breast augmentation was performed with removal of the previous implants and scar tissue and replacement with Mentor smooth, round 150cc moderate profile plus silicone gel implants. The correction of the capsular contracture was complete without recurrence.
