54 year old woman with a desire to lift and improve shape of her breasts. After pregnancies, her breasts dropped and lost fullness in the upper pole. Goals were conservative and “natural”. Bilateral breast augmentation with small Mentor 130cc MPX gel implants on top of the muscles with circumvertical (lollipop) mastopexies. Final results give natural fullness and improved shape and symmetry.
